Build: Utilize WTD’s geotechnical staff to build production rates, minimize field declines and add new reserves.
Consolidate: Establish at least five core areas. Within these areas, add tuck-in assets accretive to development and production.
Sell: Within a 3 – 5 year window, build a production profile of at least 10,000 BOE/d net to WTD coupled with significant development opportunities that will enable WTD to sell its portfolio of oil and gas properties.
